Sometimes our users share AR stories that capture inCitu's vision better than our own words. As a member of Esri's startup program, inCitu has been exploring integrations that seamlessly connect AR visualization to planning workflows.
We were amazed to see Smart Cities maven Don Edmonds' workflow from ArcGIS CityEngine to inCitu and how CGA Modeling can remove the friction to generate a plausible, site specific design viewable at real scale in the backyard in minutes. With more cities and states legalizing ADUs, this could serve a real need to raise awareness about new options for homeowners. Quicker workflows also mean more iteration, easier collaboration, and better designs. With tools like ArcGIS CityEngine and ArcGIS Urban's ability to test design and density scenarios in geospatial context, the possibilities for AR are truly endless.
